Draftsman urgently needed for interior fit out/design company.
For a project based in Abu Dhabi, we are urgetly in need of an experienced draftsman with extensive interior fit out experienced. Must be detail orientated and with a proven record of interior design draftsman work.

Must be in UAE, ready to work in Abu Dhabi (interviews are in Dubai) and should be immediately available.

Senior architect urgently needed for interior fit out/design company.
For a project in Abu Dhabi, we urgently need a senior architect/design manager with extensive interior fit out experience.

• must have interior fit out detailing experience
• must be creative, able to find and solve solutions to fit out challenges and revisions
• must be profficient in English
• must be flexible, team orientated, client facing personality and able to work under pressure
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to travel from Dubai.

Urgently required experienced QS for interior fit out project in Abu Dhabi. Company is well established and growing.
The candidate:

• Quantity surveyor with at least 8 yrs. experience – preferably within UAE/region
• Must have worked with fit out / interior design in high-end projects with a reputed companies
• Must be experienced in preparing tender and contract documents, including bill of quantity with the architect and/or the client.
• Must have the ability to liaise with the supplier and sub contractors and should have strong communication and negotiation skills. – Must be experienced in evaluating completed work and arranging payments certificates.
• Must be strong in identifying, analysing and developing the ongoing project scope of work.
• Should have proven experience in providing advice on contractual claims.
• Experienced in sourcing and purchasing of materials and related products needed for production.
• Must have proven experience in monitoring and reporting on project costs.
• Should have good communications skills (English), committed to the team and with a flexible attitude. Should be available for immediate start – must be UAE based.
